My experience with N&D Restoration was excellent. With the water damage issues present it was stressful to deal with at first but they made it a comforting situation with their level of knowledge, experience and expertise. Everything was taken care of amazingly. I highly recommend them for any restoration job needed.
No complaints. The work was done on time. Dustin is knowledgeable in mold remediation. He removed the affecting area and scrubbed and used a particular chemical that left everything clean. In the beginning, the affecting mold area smelled really nasty, but after N&D Restoration finished the job, the odor was pleasant.
I recently hired N&D Restoration for a major mold remediation project at my property, and their service was top-notch. Right off the bat, they provided a clear and prompt estimate which set a positive tone. Their team was professional - very friendly and always available to answer questions and quick to provide updates, including pictures of the progress. They left no mess behind - my place was clean and dry, and the air noticeably fresher. Their expertise in dealing with mold was evident throughout the project. I contacted N&D for a project , unfortunately it wasn’t a service that they could help me with however Paola was extremely courteous and helpful . She not only referred me another contractor but followed up to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Excellent customer service extended to someone who wasn’t a customer.

Hi, This is a family business and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were so helpful in taking care of a mold problem I had from a water leak. They were up front, knowledgeable and fair in their proposal/quote on the work that had to be done.They worked quickly and proficiently in getting the problems resolved. It helped, that they were nice people and made the process and situation easier to handle. They also kept their stride when encountering a road block, figured it out, and kept on the time schedule. Which I very much appreciated.
They realized the urgency of the situation and came out quickly to assess what was going on. I was impressed with the speed in which they sent me a quote and the phone follow-up. They were sincere in wanting to help.

Paola was fast and efficient in her response to a leak in the shower in our master bedroom and potential mold infestation. This is a great company. After Hurricane Ian we had issues with moisture, mold, insulation and drywall damage in our attic. Paola, Dustin and Ernie were very prompt to respond to our request to mitigate our issues. First time using N&D to address a water damage issue found in our garage attic and was very impressed with their professionalism and the responsiveness from start to finish. I own a rental house in Port Charlotte, FL (we are in California).Due to a water leak, we needed to have mold remove from one of the large rooms and kitchen. While the mold was being removed, the tenants could not be in the house. Complicating the process were, difficult tenants, and a difficult property manager. N&D Restoration worked with us providing the highest level of professionalism while navigating our tenant's and property manager issues. I cannot recommend N&D enough.
