Dustin and crew have been our restoration go-to for years! After Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton they got the house dry before mold broke out and cleaned things well! Great local business with personal level service. They worked with the insurance company and we could not have had a better experience during difficult times. Then recently we had a large, commercial mold project. I gathered three estimates; N&D was the middle one. We chose them because we were confident in their plan of attack and because of their local, personal care. Dustin was forward thinking and proactive to get the job done right. His method and discipline were impeccable! They passed clearance on the first post-remediation mold test. These are good people doing a great job for a right price. Look no further.

An extremely thorough inspection of a suspected mold contaminated condo interior was conducted at no charge. All hidden mold areas were identified and presented in a detailed remediation proposal. N&D Restoration has been added as an approved vendor at our 400 unit condo association after earning our full confidence.

I own a rental house in Port Charlotte, FL (we are in California).Due to a water leak, we needed to have mold remove from one of the large rooms and kitchen. While the mold was being removed, the tenants could not be in the house. Complicating the process were, difficult tenants, and a difficult property manager. N&D Restoration worked with us providing the highest level of professionalism while navigating our tenant's and property manager issues. I cannot recommend N&D enough.

This has been a very positive experience! I’m so glad someone had given me this referral, especially in a situation where I wasn’t sure where to turn. Our situation involved a couple plumbing leaks and required mold and moisture cleanup where water had done damage between the walls. This is a husband-wife team. Both are very thorough, very professional, communicate very well with each steps and phases of the project through verbal communication and sending photos. They go above and beyond and do more to help than maybe what might be considered “required.” They went to bat for us regarding the insurance company, who looks to take advantage of us. Dustin and Paola are an amazing team. We bought a condo not realizing the kitchen island had been flooded from a refrigerator leak that the previous owners didn’t address. It was completely under the cabinets and not visible until we started replacing the flooring. This was an extremely stressful time, yet they took care of everything from meeting us for the initial assessment on the weekend, and immediately starting work the next day. In one week the mold was remediated and the entire condo was sanitized. They removed cabinets while maintaining the integrity of the granite countertops, remediated the mold, sealed with anti-microbial paint, and replaced the cabinets. After an independent laboratory found no mold, we were back in business replacing the flooring (the originally project that revealed the problem). They communicated with us daily and were complete professionals. We are very grateful. They really took care of us. We highly recommend them for any disaster you may encounter.

This was early in the morning when the laundry room pipe gave out you want to talk about a water leak. This was 2 inches through the apartment and Paola and her crew were on the job. They are equipped with everything needed to do residential or commercial big or small they can handle it. All this company is a five star company. He was extremely quick and thorough to remediate that and clear all of the toxic debris out. We had a positive experience with N&D Restoration. Our home was badly damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022. The complex has still not opened. After close to 3 years of being closed, of course we developed mold. We live out of the area and still, after all these years, it's hard to find temporary housing near our home. Hiring a company we couldn't meet with in person was not our first option, especially with all the shady contractors that have invaded SW FL. However, N&D was recommended to us by our HOA who had a positive experience with them. Other owners in our HOA did also. From the beginning, everything was explained to us in great detail. Because we weren't there, we didn't know what to expect. We had an evaluation done,, their price was competitive and we hired them. They started mold remediation promptly, kept us informed every day they were there, took dozens of pictures and always answered all of our questions and concerns. The mold was taken care of quickly and this was verified by a third party company that performed an air test. There are alot of people still in the Ft Myers area that have damaged homes that won't be allowed to open for quite some time. If you're one of those owners, don't hesitate to call N&D. They will be fair with you and their prices are competitive with other mold companies. We are very happy with them. Hopefully we won't have to go through this again but if we do, we won't hesitate to call N&D.

No complaints. The work was done on time. Dustin is knowledgeable in mold remediation. He removed the affecting area and scrubbed and used a particular chemical that left everything clean. In the beginning, the affecting mold area smelled really nasty, but after N&D Restoration finished the job, the odor was pleasant.
