Dustin and crew have been our restoration go-to for years! After Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton they got the house dry before mold broke out and cleaned things well! Great local business with personal level service. They worked with the insurance company and we could not have had a better experience during difficult times. Then recently we had a large, commercial mold project. I gathered three estimates; N&D was the middle one. We chose them because we were confident in their plan of attack and because of their local, personal care. Dustin was forward thinking and proactive to get the job done right. His method and discipline were impeccable! They passed clearance on the first post-remediation mold test. These are good people doing a great job for a right price. Look no further.

This has been a very positive experience! I’m so glad someone had given me this referral, especially in a situation where I wasn’t sure where to turn. Our situation involved a couple plumbing leaks and required mold and moisture cleanup where water had done damage between the walls. This is a husband-wife team. Both are very thorough, very professional, communicate very well with each steps and phases of the project through verbal communication and sending photos. They go above and beyond and do more to help than maybe what might be considered “required.” They went to bat for us regarding the insurance company, who looks to take advantage of us. They are very mindful of your possessions in the home, very careful. They work very clean. I have zero negative feelings regarding their work and professionalism. Both are genuine and they also have a very nice family, very trustworthy. I would recommend this company.

Dustin and Paola are an amazing team. We bought a condo not realizing the kitchen island had been flooded from a refrigerator leak that the previous owners didn’t address. It was completely under the cabinets and not visible until we started replacing the flooring. This was an extremely stressful time, yet they took care of everything from meeting us for the initial assessment on the weekend, and immediately starting work the next day. In one week the mold was remediated and the entire condo was sanitized. They removed cabinets while maintaining the integrity of the granite countertops, remediated the mold, sealed with anti-microbial paint, and replaced the cabinets. After an independent laboratory found no mold, we were back in business replacing the flooring (the originally project that revealed the problem). They communicated with us daily and were complete professionals. We are very grateful. They really took care of us. We highly recommend them for any disaster you may encounter.

Excellent people to work with Trustworthy and honest

They did an excellent job. They fact that we where in Ohio was we thought was going to be a problem with getting the job completed. They kept us informed on a daily bases. Every thing they did was documented to us on a daily basis with written report and photos. Our requirement was to approve all the action that they were taking to make sure the clean up was complete. They get Ten Stars ten times over.

This was early in the morning when the laundry room pipe gave out you want to talk about a water leak. This was 2 inches through the apartment and Paola and her crew were on the job. They are equipped with everything needed to do residential or commercial big or small they can handle it. All this company is a five star company. The owner is hands-on they cover all Southwest Florida for any of your water damage needs SS one of the best restoration companies I have seen because they take the time to remove things properly and I can tell you that they are very attentive to detail.
